Lake District Log Cabins

We stayed in Kingfisher cabin for 2 nights, it was in a beautiful setting and we loved sitting on the decking with the view of the lake. Everything was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were of a really high standard. We thought the log burner was a nice touch.

We liked everything, but felt the check in time (4pm) was quite late.

Our stay at this charming log cabin in the Lake District was nothing short of perfect. Nestled in a peaceful and scenic location, it offered the ideal retreat for relaxation and adventure alike. The cabin itself was beautifully maintained, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the little cat, Katie was there to greet us every morning. The location was fantastic—secluded enough to feel like an escape, yet close enough to local attractions, picturesque walking trails, and charming villages. Waking up to stunning views and enjoying peaceful evenings by the fire made our stay lovely. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and the beauty of nature, this log cabin is an absolute gem I only wish we could have stayed longer. We can't wait to return!

The setting was absolutely stunning, peaceful, surrounded by nature with breathtaking views of the country side. Me and my partner got engaged during our time here and will definitely come again!

Nothing it was perfect

We loved the cabin and the location, it was ideal for what we were looking for. A remote wooden cabin with scenic views. The interior of the cabin was also beautiful, exceptionally clean and spacious. We particularly loved the patio and deck chairs

There is nothing we did not like, but only suggestions for what would have made it cosier. Some throws for the couch or to take onto the patio and only because I love a big mug, a big mug for a nice cuppa on the patio

Maybe 1 suggestion would be to consider parking allocation for each lodge as neighbours kept parking all over the place so we had to park on the lovely grass and it was abit of a nightmare as we have a big car but apart from that I would definitely return :) this comment isn't aimed at lodge or location or owner it's the inconsiderate neighbours that don't read the emails properly
