"Great. Everyone was very happy."

The property was well presented and well kitted out with everything you could need. The house was bright, spacious and comfortable and provided the perfect location for our long weekend stay. Rachel the host was very helpful and the welcome pack left for us was a lovely touch and very generous.

"Great accommodation for a family holiday or celebration"

Denbrae Cottage West is very spacious and extremely well appointed. The beds are all big and really comfortable. Rachel was very helpful and the welcome pack was over and beyond what you would expect. Plenty of plates , cutlery and glasses. There is an excellent provision of entertainment for younger children and the adults. We as a family will hopefully be back again

Property is very spacious. I would describe it as home from home! Kitchen has pretty much everything and there were lots of toys for children/babies too.

"Large property, great layout on one level, great kitchen area and living room."

Breakfast not included. Location was up a rough track, not suitable for some cars

Just the access road. TV limited, no TNT sports channels. TV channels difficult to navigate.

"Fantastic home from home."

It is a beautiful house in a great position just outside St Andrews and set well back off the road. The welcome pack is a real nice touch and was enjoyed. Great communications with our host Rachel, who recommended a good local taxi service and made us a dinner reservation. The house it's self had large comfortable bedrooms, a large relaxing lounge and a fully equiped kitchen. It was superb in every way.
