"Spacious, warm, and comfortable property, situated in quiet area but with plenty of facilities."

Good location, pubs nearby, quiet. Plenty of space in property, beds and sofa comfy. Having 2 bathrooms and a toilet downstairs a bonus.

Would help to have another tea towel, and towel in kitchen. Upgrade the cutlery doesn’t fit with quality of property. Being picky but could do with a hook on back of bathroom door. For clothes or towel.

Lovely house in beautiful area. Excellent walking in all directions. A good base for sightseeing all the North York Moors. Clean, comfortable and very spacious. Variety of excellent food options within the village.

Log burning stove but no logs. Would be better if some were provided with the option of buying more. I think the owners have invested heavily and have done a superb job of renovating the house. However, I also think they have struggled to equip the cottage to the same beautiful standard. I am sure now it is up and running it should make things easier for them.

The location was great as was the property.

Appreciate you need people to vacate in a timely manner. But it felt a bit overly stressed in respect to email notifications. Especially during the stay.

"Lovely cottage in a very attractive village, within easy reach of beautiful countryside walks"

Great location, with 3 lovely pubs right on the doorstep. The cottage was spacious yet homely and had everything we needed for a short break. Bedrooms were clean and beds very comfortable

The courtyard was not suitable for our toddler, it could be so much better.

comfortable -lovely decor - lots of room. obviously someone has taken great care to impress lovely venue

no sound on tv. no storage or hanging facilities in 3rd bedroom. no locks on toilet/bathroom
