The location was ideal for our needs.Not far from the Isle of Wight ferries and drivable to Southampton Hospital.

The wi fi did not work at first ,this was quickly fixed but it did not work again on our last 2 days. I am sure it would have been fixed very quickly if we had bothered to contact the office.

i liked location and cleanliness of the place

I came with my family on Friday and checked out on Monday. I called straight away that heating is not working. I am a mum of 2 kids ages 4 and 1.5. we were freezing. I called the team on Friday. sadly no one fixed the issue until the morning of the check out. on Monday morning heating magically turned on. we had no wifi and one of the toilets was not working. didn’t flush. sadly bad communication from the team. plus no wifi. I was very disappointed. also no house rules or any manual for the house, it said it will be inside.

"Great Stay"

Lovely stay , great location just 10 mins walk into main high street , very comfortable house and great to have two bathrooms and super clean and very comfy beds ,bonus to have the small garden with the electric canopy and parking Not really a complaint but the dining room chairs were ripped and tatty on the some of the backs .

Superb location and had everything we needed and more. We were a little worried about the heatwave but having so much space meant it wasn't a problem.
