We loved our pre-Christmas stay. Beautiful house with an open plan ground floor, very comfortable lounge area and wood burner. Well appointed kitchen upstairs overlooking the field and cows. Bedrooms perfect for our little family of four. Easy access to surrounding areas, Chatsworth House, Monsal Trail etc and a short walk to Tideswell high street. We loved staying here! .

The property was quirky views from the kitchen were beautiful there was everything you’d need for a break away loved the log fire just exactly what we wanted for our cosy nights in . Amanda was a great host very attentive and helpful with anything. The village was cute the people were very friendly and welcoming.

"Perfect Peak District escape"

Primrose cottage is a home away from home, so cosy with log burner, tastefully decorated, well equipped, and lots of little extras provided. It really is a lovely place to relax, great communication from lovely owner. The cottage is in the beautiful quiet village of Tideswell, superb location for exploring the Peak District, nothing seems too far.Lots of amazing walks & a few eateries on the doorstep too. Highly recommend, will definitely return.
