We enjoyed the visit and the location

Lovely big house with quality furniture, bedrooms have nice ensuites with fluffy towels, comfortable beds with quality pillows. Wonderful views of the boats and hillsfrom all windows and really cosy log fire in lounge. We were a party of 5 , ages 60 + great house for family's with paddle boards or kayaks as they can be launched from the bottom of the garden.

Being responsible for putting the 2 bins out at gate on Wednesday as had to be trailed from the other side of the house. The oven did not regulate and had a white flame. My friend fell down the second step into the laundry room , suggest maybe painting a white line on it to draw attention to it. There were no papers in house for lighting fire as stated in guide book.Tin opener in drawer dosent work. These are minor details easily rectified which did not spoil our stay but thought you would appreciate them being brought to your attention.

We had a great stay at Shore House. The best thing is the location right on the shore of Loch Lomond, with an INCREDIBLE view and a lovely garden leading right down to the Loch. We spent most of our time when were in the house sitting in the conservatory enjoying the view. The bedrooms are comfortable and there is a lot of space. The information pack was very helpful and there was good communication with the owners/managers. We appreciated the discounted ferry tickets. We enjoyed exploring the area. Very beautiful and quite varied scenery.

Would be great to have another option for making coffee apart from Nespresso. Eg a cafetiere. Some of the frying pans could be replaced. A stick-blender would be nice. A laundry basket would be a useful addition.

Wi fi was poor on one end of the property.

We had no complaints -enjoyed our stay

The location was outstanding. The beautifully kept garden ends with its own little beach leading right into the lock. It's close to a train station, Loch rides are a 2 min walk away, beautiful walks surround the house. The facilities are well thought out and everything had been catered for and thought of. Log fires with stocks of chopped wood and coals, plenty of kitchen equipment, dozens and dozens of games, TVs in different locations so people can all have what they want without anyone having to compromise. Plenty of parking space. The tap water is like spring water! Marvellous all round.
