Lovely location , garden, facilities provided at property

Perhaps lounge sofas could be updated one in particular was not comfortable to sit on . Experienced a problem with smoke alarm on several occassions

The house was Beautiful and perfectly clean. It was warm and comfortable too. Went to the Kingsbarn Inn for dinner which was lovely and the staff/chef were so good to us and our Dog. Will definitely be back.. close enough for St Andrews visits. Cambo house is beautiful and the Kingsbarn shore with the toastie van. Just perfect place. Loved it.

"Ideal for a three generational family stay."

Location was great. It met our criteria of bedroom configuration, sizeable dining space, on site parking for two cars, close to sea, walking distance to pub, washing machine. Three bathrooms were a bonus and the showers were powerful. High spec gas barbecue outside was a bonus; enclosed rear garden was a pleasant space for sitting, and practical space to hang out washing. Kitchen knives were outstanding.

One of the sofas was less than comfortable but still useable.
