Excellent location. The seaview is spectacular. Short walk to Cleveleys main shopping street. Short walk to tram station where you can get the tram into Blackpool which only takes 22 minutes.

The front porch area had not been hoovered, as this is the first impression of the property it is important to ensure it is clean and tidy.
