Good location, only 20 minutes walk from the city centre, along main roads. Good bakers on Newtonards Road. Good view of H&W cranes at the end of the street. Beds were comfortable and we had a private bathroom. It is in the unionist part of Belfast so we saw parades in the morning and evening. Phone call was answered quickly when we struggled to get into our room

The carpet had not been hoovered in the bedroom, floors seemed dirty and skirting boards not clean. This is a terraced house and this room is at the front, directly on a fairly busy road, from which you can hear traffic noise

The location was good, close to places of interest with a good public service into town.

The house was not properly clean, duvet was torn, kitchen work top had bits of laminate missing, lamp in room was not working, bad smell in fridge, window sills and skirting dirty, carpets stained throughout.
