Fantastic, Spacious 3 Bedroom House With Garden

Great location, comfy beds, good sized property and parking too.

Few things missing and few things need replacing.

Locations and ease if access was great.

A bit of garden furniture would have been nice as we had great weather but not able to sit out back

Bedrooms very small. Car parking is exceptionally tight. The property is overall quite dated

Location was good. On site parking.

No toilet downstairs. No information on local buses

Convenient location, easy to get into the centre of Bath and also close to a restaurant. A good price for a 3 bed property, which was clean and warm.

The constant texts from Truvi to ascertain identity were very intrusive and hostile, especially as this was unnecessary. I felt my good record on Booking.com should have been enough.

Why were there 2 key boxes when you only needed one ?

The drive way to the parking at the back of the property, very un even, took 4 people to guide me to the parking space, space was very tight. Then to get from the parking space to the property we had to go though the garden, which was over grown, could not walk on the path, the grass needed cutting, there were no chairs in the garden if you wanted to sit in there

The property was clean and central Bath was easy to get to via a bus which was a 5 min walk we would recommend this property for other people

The front door wasn’t easy to shut but we did get it worked out the parking was hard to get into we had a med sized car

The property was very clean, it was easy to locate and easy to access. Close to a lot of convenient stores, and some cafes and takeaway places. It's a 20mn walk to the town centre but that was expected and you can use public transports. The house had everything needed, we lacked of nothing and the towels were great quality. Good bed sheets. Also special mention to the host company, very much responsive with any queries via the booking.com chat.

Only a couple things, mostly meant as constructive feedback. Some hooks in the bathroom would be useful to hang towels and clothes. Last thing, the Truvi communication is spammy, and the wording makes it sound mandatory, although it isn't.

Great little house ,perfectly located ,nice area ,all you need in walking distance.
