Beautiful property in a lovely location

On arrival we found items in the welcome pack that where 10 days out of date and mouldy, mouldy food in the fridge and mouldy pots in the dish washer, we did report this but after a long drive we cleaned it and disposed of the items On further inspection we continued to find the property was filthy and covered in cobwebs and spiders kitchen cupboards riddled with spiders webs and eggs in the pots and pans the cooker covered in dust On the last day we stripped the beds and in the main bedroom earwigs crawled out of the pillows The property is pet friendly but the sofas stink of wet dog The whole place is in a real need of a deep clean I have reported all this and have pictures of what we found, but have been told by the letting company that they are refuting my findings as we only reported the state of the cleanliness on the last day of the trip if we had done this Earlier they could have sorted the issues We did report the mouldy food but by the time they replied we had cleaned the fridge as we had our own food that needed to be chilled And we only found the earwigs in the bed on the last day so reported this when we left I have sent photos and videos of what we have found but have been dismissed by the property management company We have more photos and videos of the state of the cobwebs and dirt found in the property also
