Awesome place felt like a real home. Really nice area too.

Central to shops ,and near to buses easy to get too ,would return as I go belfast at least 3 times a year

Can't say there was anything that I didn't like

The location is perfect! Everything you could possibly need is pretty much right down the road, including a huge array of restaurants and food shopping locations. I have Coeliac Disease, so could not try the former, however my gluten-friend informed me they were fantastic. The kitchen is perfect for a Coeliac to cook safely: it is clean, has the base essentials and tools, and is easy to keep stuff separate to prevent cross-contamination as long as only a few people attending. Belfast is about a 20-30 minute bus drive away and the tickets are affordable. The bus stop is, quite literally, minutes away from your door after you come home, and just down the road when leaving for Belfast. The owner gives a fantastic 'starter pack' for all information you will need and any phone numbers (taxis included.) Information is clear! The owner is lovely--including being quick to respond if any queries. Had 0 problems during our stay. Other notes: extra blankets are available but honestly the duvets are perfect on their own, heating system is easy to use, and the beds themselves are extremely comfortable. Overall, it sincerely felt like a home away from home. It has a quaint, cosy vibe that welcomes you instantly, as if you have been there many times before--even if your first ever visit. Even I, someone who does not adapt well to places/beds not my own, slept soundly and ate without stress from Day 1.

Sound travels easily in this house. We could always hear the creaking of neighbours moving around their daily lives, or when they talked, and could hear each other moving on different floors--nothing explicitly loud, just general life. It is why I would not advise it for romantic partners: be aware you might be heard clear as day as if someone standing right next to you...by at least two other houses, lol. If general talking from your neighbour's house can be heard, then keep in mind how YOUR sounds travel as well. To be clear, I and my friend are not romantic partners! It crossed our minds because of how easily we could hear a shift in bed from another room or walking to the bathroom from the opposite side of the house. If this kind of thing bothers you or you are a light-sleeper, might want to keep it in mind. Otherwise, the house is comfortable and perfect in every single other way! I could not fault it. I will be back, without any question of a doubt.

Perfectly situated in ballyhackamore very close to public transport and local amenities.

Nicola is a great host, she was quick to answer my queries, left a welcome pack which was really handy! The holiday home is beautiful had everything we needed and a great convenient location plenty takeaways and grocery shops.It has 3 bedrooms so ideal for my two children to have a room each. It was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this property.

The house was very clean, cosy and warm. It had everything we needed for a family of four. It is located in a peaceful area yet close to shops and restaurants. There was a lovely welcome pack for us and the host gave us plenty of info on the neighbourhood. There was parking for our car available either directly outside the house or very close by.
