Amazing location and beautiful town. Lovely takeaway fish and chips from pub.

Shame about the house built in front. But did not spoil our holiday

it has lots of charm and definitely has a cottage feel including the paintings, glass and pottery. Last years Christmas decorations were a bit too much. Lerryn is a lovely village and there is lots to do in the area.

The cottage is very humid and you notice that as soon as the windows and front door are closed. Tall people (1.90 plus) need to be careful in the living room.

Jasmine Cottage is a gem set in a beautiful village, with wonderful surroundings. The cottage is a joy so full of character and has everything you need so warm and comfortable and feels so homely Jane and Richard have made it so welcoming and all the added art and treasures add to the ambiance The local pub The Ship is very welcoming and has excellent food, and the shop has papers, milk etc

There was nothing to dislike, all excellent, if you like music maybe bring a radio or use your phone

Access to bathroom from bedroom - not for people with access issues

The property was well thought out, tastefully decorated and had everything needed in the way of equipment. The village of Lerryn is very pleasant. The owners are very helpful and welcoming

The view of the river was blocked by the property in front of it. The weather was unfortunately bad and high tide temporarily blocked access to and from the property on several occasions.

Fantastic location for visiting loads of different places in mid Cornwall, property has every convenience that you will need for a relaxing holiday.Only downside is the local pub food which is poor. Very good for convalescent stay.

Country roads where the locals drive too fast and the local pub food. The village store is good for things you might have forgotten in supermarket( Tesco St Austell)

Lovely cottage, had everything we needed and more. Good contact with the hosts.

The sofa and easy chair could do with some more stuffing in the cushions
