Location was great, easy reach to Dunwich Heath, Thorpeness and Sutton Hoo. Cottage was clean, comfortable, parking on site.

Taps in bath need descaling, hard to adjusting shower.

Location good for access to Aldeburgh, Snape, Orford and Woodbridge. Property provided all that was necessary for our break. Bright, clean and comfortable.

Attention could be given to the television - Sky just does not work; the microwave was something of a mystery and needs instructions; USB charge point would have been helpful; the pipework to the bathroom sink needs attention.

It was too difficult to lock the front door with the key from the inside, so had to use the bolts The bath/shower was awkward to get into and out of, little space between the shower screen and wash basin. The wash basin plug was difficult to use Second bedroom was small and no window to look out of Rather overlooked at the back of the property.

noise from the road but that cant be helped. hardly any water pressure in the bathroom.

Television too low down, no dishwasher , facilities a bit outdated

A very nicely furnished and comfortable home base with a very good kitchen. I liked that it was all open plan downstairs. If the weather had been better the outside seating areas would have been great! Very easy to drive in to Aldeburgh and to tour the area from here. Fun to buy all food locally: try the fish stalls near the Moot Hall in Aldeburgh, and the independent shops, and the excellent greengrocer/deli in Orford.

Not easy to go for a walk straight from the property due to the main road.

Location and comfortable

Had a problem with Earwigs during evenings. Would have liked some complimentary milk and tea/coffee, no paper kitchen towel.
