Regency Cottage

Owners of the property are very thoughtful, and provide things unexpected, like shower gel , tea / coffee etc etc. we took all this with us as was unexpected.

Not myself, but the no smoking in the back courtyard was frustrating for them, they wasn’t sure why this wasn’t possible

Beautiful Cottage with a lovely homely feel. Well equipped had everything we needed . beautifully decorated rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The garden was a lovely little sun trap.

Parking in the road was not always possible but managed to find space in the next road over.

The property was very clean and well looked after, the location was great, loads near by and only a 20 minute walk from the beach, communication was amazing, we felt very comfortable here, they had all the facilities we needed and more, we would definitely stay here again!

Parking was a bit of a pain, but London Road Car Park was close by and very secure, we had to smoke out the front, which wasn’t much of an issue but there was a used ash tray out the back, so that was a bit confusing

The hosts were really responsive and helpful. The property was spotless and beautifully decorated and the location was fab. We all had such an enjoyable time and we all said we would love to return again!

Well presented and easy to find. Had what we needed.

No complaints

There was a fridge for milk and a cafetière available for the coffee we brought. Kitchen equipment was good. Even had kitchen roll. Two bathrooms very useful. The outside sitting area was great. Property manager communication excellent. n

I couldn’t think of anything that hindered our stay

No bedside light in some bedrooms ,maybe have recycling bins at property

The property was lovely . Loved the log burner . The main bedroom bed was so comfortable. Loved how there was everything we could possible need with all little extras eg games , dishwasher tablets, black sacks , washing up liquid etc

Was a little further away from the sea front than expected and could possibly do with an extra toilet but apart from that we were more than happy .

Upstairs bathroom lock broken. Got a letter through from the neighbours about keeping the noise down right at the beginning of the stay, just presuming we were going to be noisy?
