Westwood Barn Holiday Let

It was nice and spacious and the barn was extremely well equipped. The host answered all our questions promptly and was extremely helpful!

The mattresses were terrible I have never slept on any as hard, it was very poor quality and was the same in both bedrooms. We all found it very difficult to sleep due to that reason. Also one of the bedrooms did not have a blind or curtains so we were woken up at 5am as it was so bright, this definitely needs addressing. The outside courtyard needs addressing, the planters were full of weeds and the table and chairs rusty also the huge double bin is not attractive to look at!!

Good space, had everything needed. Also access to tv apps so we was able to watch tv at night. Good location to where we was traveling too, but not good if you wanted Nip to a shop etc you have to drive same when eating out nothing close by.

Wasn't clean! not sure when it was last cleaned properly, but it was not before our stay. It smelled of dog, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Beautiful property, very clean, little secure area out the back for the dogs, welcome pack for us and the dogs, really thoughtful, weather wasn't on our side but lots of activities and board games to keep us busy, Netflix sky etc available

Front gate couldn't be closed for the dogs to play in the yard so had to let the dogs out the back or walk into the village but not really a problem as we got to explore a bit more

A great location and a well equipped barn with lots of extras. Plenty of space in the kitchen and lounge, with a sunny small yard in the back. Excellent contact before arrival with clear directions amd entry details. A very quick response when we had a query about Internet access once there.

The single bed is wonky and slopes to one side. We had to clean the oven and toaster, we shook out about a slice worth of bread from the toaster. Not big issues, but they just took the shine of an otherwise great stay

Lovely property and great host, Suzy was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
