Absolutely gorgeous property, real home from home. Everything you need & all the little extra touches were so thoughtful. Perfect location. Would highly recommend.

Since I walked in to the property, it’s cozy , clean , and tidy and relaxing. Nice decorations in the living room, scented candles been offered and the whole place smell fantastic. Loving so much about the firm mattresses in both bedrooms, feel so comfortable after a long drive.

Property was lovely, clean and tidy, equipped with everything you could need and more! About a mile from Brough and just over 3 to Kirkby Stephen.

Only couple of minor points in the grand scheme of things but the lighting in the bathroom was very dim and as a big guy, found it somewhat difficult climbing in and out of shower as the room was quite small.

Homely, fully equipped - everything you could think of. Fully enclosed garden and seating, perfect for my kids and dog. Plenty of parking too. Beautiful area, 5 minutes in the car to Kirby Stephen where there is a large Coop and various take aways/restaurants. 15 mins to Appleby where you can go swimming and lots of lovely cafes and super cheap charity shops to ratch about in. Thanks to Suzy for the prosecco and welcome treats, such a lovely idea. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return sometime.
