"Exceptional"

Really lovely cottage, in a beautiful location. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas / beds etc. Two lovely pubs within a stone's throw of the cottage.

Heptonstall is only a mile from Hebden Bridge, but the hill is so steep it's not really walkable, even by able-bodied adults! In that respect it's not ideal for people arriving on public transport (though there is a bus which runs half-hourly).

The location was perfect for our needs. The directions received were clear and precise. The bed was extremely comfy . The fire was lovely, even though it wasn't cold couldn't resist lighting the fire. The host very accommodating. Perfect all round

Location was perfect. Close enough to Hebden Bridge but very peaceful with a good bus service.

All perfect. Amazing historic cottage in a wonderful village. Two cozy pubs either side.
