Nice layout of rooms and location

No dedicated parking.

Sea view from the living room was great. Flat is a good size for 2 or 3 people.

Flat is a bit tired, could do with upgrading of furniture and cleaning of the sofas and carpets. Ventnor itself is also very tired now and a bit run down. Not much to do in the evening. Wouldn't return here.

Aussicht auf das Meer war toll. Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Die Stühle am Esstisch waren kaputt, der Bezug zerrissen. Es gab keine Ersatzstühle. Unsere Bitte, neue Stühle bereitzustellen wurden vom Vermieter abgelehnt.

The apartment is tired and you will see in the kitchen damp coming through the walls and sockets not secured and grouted for safety, you will see when sitting on an evening the fireplace not sealed and gaps in the unfinished work

The company OMG can you believe when we complained about tenants above there own words were we have ignored your complaint!!! Can you believe it?? This is a £1000+ a week booking absolutely unbelievable, no customer care whatsoever and we complained all week to be told no one else has and decided to ignore the complaint!! Holiday was ruined!!! Don’t leave the windows open at night unless you like the smell of weed drifting into the bedrooms!!

Great sea view from comfortable lounge.

Very small bedrooms. Not used to such a small double bed. Can get noisy in the street outside in the evenings being in such a prominent position, but really not too bad.

Comfy sofas, good water pressure in shower

Bedroom furniture needs updating especially the creaking bed, wardrobes need to go back in the skip, only one bedside cabinet (how’s that supposed to work) Bedroom carpets were filthy. No welcome pint of milk, that’s novel! The advice about parking on the street is a pipe dream so the £70 car park is the only true option!

Great views, great location, all very clean and tidy

TV could not be used without logging into things and we couldn’t work out how to, so couldn’t use it. Having a normal BBC, ITV etc TV would be much better

Good location, although finding somewhere to park nearby wasn't easy, and we were there in February when it was relatively quiet. Lovely town, some great cafes, good walk to Ventnor Botanical Gardens, which were well worth a visit.

The initial information given states that there are two bathrooms. If you scroll all the way through, in tiny print, it states that there is a shower room and a w.c. so there are NOT two bathrooms. I asked the hosts to change the information some time ago, but to date they have not, so I wish to advise prospective guests that there is only one shower and only one toilet in the flat.

Great location and views, nice light living room. Comfortable bed.
