PENDERI HOUSE Usk with Cymru Holidays

This is an excellent choice for a catch up with friends and family. The living area is spacious. The kitchen and living area are tastefully decorated with loads of space. The garden area is beautiful with high vegetation which ensures privacy too. There is playground close to the house for small children Bedrooms are super comfie. The beautiful sleepy town of Usk is a 15 minute walk away with lovely little pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The location - the house is in the middle of a housing estate outside USK and with few taxis available, we had to walk a lot! Perfect place if you have a car. Also , no food shops within walking distance.

this property was perfect for our girls weekend, everything we could have asked for. the house itself is amazing, the fact it’s equipped with all you need just makes it even more perfect.

The house is wonderfully decorated with furnishings to a high standard. The facilities are varied and well kept. There is a combined pool table and cinema room complete with projector, beanbags and a small fridge stocked with soft drinks. There is also a fabulous private hot tub. The place is full of nice little touches, Kit Kats on the beds, a little coffee bean grinder to make fresh coffee, a massage room that you can book massages for and lots of helpful hints around the house to help you with your stay both in the house and in the surrounding areas. The hosts laid out a wonderful vegetarian grazing table for us with Prosecco on ice for our arrival. Although I have to stipulate that this is no longer a standard offering to their guests, after a slight mix up on this site, it is something they honoured without question. I have never had the pleasure of dealing with such amazing hosts before. There are good hosts and there are excellent hosts, but these guys are on another level entirely. I cannot recommend them and this house too highly! Go see it for yourself! They really know how to do hospitality right!

Beautiful house in great location

There wasn’t enough towels provided for everyone. No shower mat. Kitchen floor had not been swept since previous visitors.

Jay was a great host, very patient and responsive. Jay supported us to access the property. I assumed the Booking.com code was the code for the door and that was not the case. A good reminder to read all the messages from the host before arrival, including the automated ones! The pictures do not do justice to the property, it is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family or group of friends looking for accommodation near the International Convention Centre Wales for a graduation ceremony.

Although the house was clean, for a luxury, high-end property I think the bathroom and kitchen could have been more clean. In particular, behind the downstairs bathroom door. Other than that the property was absolutely perfect.

We walked into a fabulous buffet that had been put out for us in such a lovely way. It all tasted amazing! The beds and sofas were beyond comfy and we wanted to bring them home. The kids throughly enjoyed the cinema room (and so did us adults) We brought towels with us but soon seen we didn't need to as they were provided. There was also several nice touches such as face wipes in each bedroom to remove make up, cupboards full off coffee beans, tea bags, sugar, condiments etc which was really helpful. The owner was super friendly and was more than happy to help us with an earlier check-in due to cancelled plans, which we was really grateful for. The house was immaculate and I have already recommended to several friends that they stay here.

Nothing to dislike whatsoever. Our experience from start to finish was just wonderful.
