Lovely modern decor, had everything needed for a short stay and the welcome basket with goodies, bread & milk was very welcome after a long drive.

Outside steps in the dark and rain were a challenge. A torch would have been useful.

A great cottage where we have stayed a couple of times before when visiting the area. Very comfortable and well equipped.

The stairs are a bit steep, but it wasn't really a problem for us.

Lovely cottage, very comfortable, excellent bed linen, spotlessly clean, a much appreciated welcome pack of cereal, bread, milk, margarine etc Also, that somewhere in Delph provided a room with two beds, not a double bed.

The fact that there was no reference to the steep steps outside and no handrail on the stairs on the Booking.com details. A previous response to a review has since been noted which stated a handrail was going to be put up in August 2022 but it hasn't. A big safety risk for my 92 year old mother and for me as I'm having a hip replacement next month. When stepping out of the double room, anyone tripping could easily go straight down the stairs.

We liked everything about the house - quiet location - lovely view- beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean - and wonderfully comfortable beds. - always nice. A real home from home.

Modern decor and very comfortable beds and sofas. The rooms are very large. Very clean. Close to the centre of Delph. Nice touch of the welcome box and offered a later check out. Neighbours also very friendly.

Quite a lot of steep steps for our 3 and 1 year old but it enhanced the view from the living room. Good that you can lock off the stairs by closing the kitchen door.

Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, great size, beautiful view. Wonderfully comfortable beds. Lovely welcome basket on arrival. Great communication throughout.

We did not dislike a single thing.
