Luxurious 4 bedroom Cottage in the Yorkshire Dales

The cottage was very comfortable, well equipped and in a great location for walking and relaxing.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay in this cottage

Comfortable and well equipped.

Lighting in the bedrooms was poor. Also need better curtains. Access up the drive was difficult.

The location comfortable bed and fantastic en suit very well equipped kitchen

Pity the washing machine was out of action as we had been touring in our motor home and needed to wash a few things

The cottage was very comfortable and well thought out. The decor was tasteful and the fittings were all of a high standard. It dropped a little cool so we took advantage of the log burner. A collection of family board games was thoughtful.

It can be tricky to find but the instructions were good. It is a little way down a track from where you park the cars.

Location was superb

There was nothing to improve

Everything was provided that you need in a house, all cooking and kitchen equipment. There was lots of games for the children to play on rainy days. The bathrooms were very modern and clean.

The cottage is so well equipped and the hosts have thought of everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and crickety you could think to need, all the materials you need to light the fire and USB plugs etc all really great little touches. The book with walks you can do from the doorstep was very helpful.

Very little to fault! The mirror in the ensuite is quite low for a tall person so perhaps another in the main bedroom would be helpful.

It had every thing you could want. Was lovely and clean.

Nothing every thing was wonderful

The house was lovely, had great facilities and was very clean! It had wonderful scenery around the area and it was a great place to relax and have fun with friends!

The only thing we could fault would be that there was housework occurring next door and the drilling did get a little frustrating at times. However, that did not take away from the actual cottage and we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

The first night the en suite had a sewerage smell, it did seem to clear up though and was fine for the rest of the stay.
