Broadford Barn - Barn conversion in picturesque village

The barn is lovely, very comfortable and is very well equipped. A great base for a nice break in the area. WiFi and TV is excellent. Bed is very comfy.

The road is quite busy and can be noisy but I have good ear plugs for sleeping so it wasn't a problem at all.

In general we liked the location of that property in the area. This is very close to Guildford with trainstation being the base of all trips even to London. Very close to the property was in walking distance a pub, restaurant and little grocery where we could get everything we need for breakfest, dinner, making snacks,... Also very beautiful is the walk around, the property in on the foothpath and cycling path to Guildford. The morning walk were very nice. The property was very well equipped to support our stay - dishwasher, washing machine, toaster,... TV

The only didn't like think is that the property is next to the road, which was very busy all the time. So one car after other, fortunately in the UK they have a good cars and electric cars, so no emissions or little emissions. Just the noice. However we moved out in the morning and came back in the evening, therefor for us it was not the element why we moved out. We even prolonged our stay. The other thing is the sofa, that is supposed to be the bed for 3rd and 4th person, but this is not comfortable for 2 people at all.

Very clean and spacious 1 bed house. Kitchen has all amenities and bed and pillows were super comfortable. The property is a tad hard to find tucked away of the main road especially in the dark. GPS coordinates and address does not take you directly there. But the host was very patient and guided me to the right spot.

Nothing major but would have been nice to have shower gel provided.

Appreciated the tea, coffee etc left for us. comfy beds and lovely equipment in the kitchen.

The traffic from the road was a problem for us. No outside sitting area.

The location was perfect for my purpose . Very well equipped and comfortable .Parking available across the road. Easy access by a keysafe.

The barn is on a busy road and can be a little noisy. It was very hot when I was there and had door and windows open so probably heard the traffic more. But not a major problem.

Great place in great location for the wedding we went to. Interesting walks nearby which we'd like to explore next time.

Nothing - some reviews mention difficulty in parking but we found it fine (reversing in).
