GBLocation close to lido.
We were locked out for an hour when we arrived as the owners had changed the code and apparently had not informed anyone.
GBIt was cosy, perfectly located and in good order throughout.
The central heating system is so noisy and in close proximity to bedrooms, however it is an old house and that was perhaps the only reasonable and practical place for it The 2nd bedroom latch didn’t engage properly so the door wouldn’t close. Bit of a faff gaining entry as was unable to gain entry to the front key box. Code appeared to be wrong or else the box was stiff. Sadly at this time of year it is dark by 1600 (minimum check in time) and it was difficult to read the code in the key box without a torch.
GBWe were self catering. Location was excellent for our needs. We were attending a celebration at the Waveney hotel so location was perfect. Lo cation to explore the town was also excellent and to enjoy the many eateries!
Parking was terrible. Noisy boiler.

GBIts location to the town was great. The cottage is quaint and well furnished. Very well equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom with a great shower although there was only a small amount of hand soap left. Goodie bag was a nice touch.
Very strong smell of damp in the living room. The outdoor area to the rear was a little neglected - bench needed varnishing and the wheelie bins were full and smelly. Also I think advertising as having two single beds should have been clarified as one single bed with pull out trundle bed underneath. Two adults in such a small room was tricky. Having known the layout would have been helpful. Better signage to the property is needed from the main Puddingmoor road.
GBCharming location. Warm and cosy. Comfortable Double bed. Well equipped and clean. Friendly, homely feeling.
Uncomfortable single bed. Noisy boiler. Bathroom basin is quite small and awkward and we all hit our heads on the protruding cupboard above it when cleaning teeth etc . Rather too much clutter.
AUI loved everything about Puddingmoor Cottage and the bag of goodies on arrival was both unexpected and a real treat. It was so clean - something I really appreciated. The location was fantastic too. I will definitely be booking a stay at Puddingmoor Cottage again.
