Nice patio area - lovely kitchen!

The bed was a little bit short for my husband. The mattress was comfortable but there is a rail at the bottom of the bed which meant he couldn't lie comfortably. Still.a great flat.

"Excellent base for visiting family nearby and going into lovely Beverley."

Very clean, comfortable base for visiting family nearby. All went very smoothly and only sorry we didn't get to spend much time in the cottage. Nice to get more of a feel for the village we usually visit just for the day. We will certainly return, although sadly a date we're looking for in December is not available ☹️.

I personally found the pillows a bit hard and deep for my liking but that would easily be remedied by taking my own next time.

The quality of the accommodation. For us the location was ideal and everything was top class. Very clean and modern with all we needed for a short stay. Fluffy soft towels!
