Warm , cosy and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The cottage had its own allocated parking too. The cottage was airy,very comfortable in a quiet location but very close to Bamburgh and Seahouses.

There was nothing about the property I fid not like.

The cottage was comfy and cosy. It was so peaceful and really enjoyed staying there. The bedroom was well laid out and we had such a good sleep as the bed was so comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and had a fridge/small freezer compartment that was more than adequate for our stay. Livingroom was cosy especially on a night and the wifi worked great for us dueing our stay. We left feeling refreshed. We loved our stay so will definitely come back and would recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Only thing was we asked for another hair towel and was told it would be arranged. This went on for a few days with messages back and forth over the 4 night stay but never did get the towel. We only had a bath towel each and one hand towel between us. We were told on our our last night that they dont give two hand towels for each guest however in the pictures there is clearly two towels for each person and there was also no bathrobes as in pictures. The reviews said people had plenty of towels. If we had known this we could have brought more towels with us. A few places could have done with a bit more of a deep clean such as bathroom and kitchen as utensils and things where dirty. No sponge either to wash things so had to go out to buy one. Would be handy to have sponge for people to wash things properly.Also the kitchen needs a collinder to be able to drain things. Alot of cobwebs in high places needing dusted but to be expected in a cottage.

Lovely comfy cottage, beautiful living room. Very peaceful location just 5 minutes or so from Bamburg.

Nothing! Not for everyone in the winter time but it's such an atmospheric place. Beautiful walks in the beach and near enough to pop up to Edinburgh for the day ☺️

We have a rough start. We got there earlier. I informed company. We was emailed checking was 4pm. When we got in cottage was freezing. Cold. No heating. Phone company after a lot of explaining things over and over again..They contacted owner. I must say her response was amazing within a few minutes she was there. Unfortunately the problem couldn't be Fix. So she own cottage next door which we transfers into it was lovely and warm. Next morning she called to check on us. Will definitely return only with Sandra herself. She made our experience perfect

The accommodation was well-appointed and beautifully decorated. It was in a quiet location with an allotted car parking space. The kitchen was a lovely size and the cooker easy to use.

There was nothing I didn't like, except that we didn't have time to stay for longer. It was a perfect location for Bamburgh, Holy Island and Alnick.

Beautiful cottage, great location, would stay again.
