the place itself was not very clean rubbish under beds walls mucky the glassware and kitchenware mucky , in one of the bathrooms there was a thick spider web

The Lodge was beautifully decorated with amples of space for us all. It was lovely and quiet and the hotub as a huge bonus. The Lodge was well equipped with everything we needed. Even small towels provided and a tea towel, washing up liquid, bin bags and dishwater tablets.

Loved the property everything we needed was supplied and the hot tub was lovely absolutely chucking it down when we got there and it was lovely and cosy when we got in

Absolutely stunning place , loved the lodge and hot tub

Stain of carpet in bedroom .. slight stained duvets and lodge needed touching up in places .. bathroom by the door wood coming off and stains on wall, ribbons left on lights and pictures from previous visitors .

"Peaceful site with great accommodation in easy reach of York."

The park site was lovely. Beautifully clean and peaceful. The lodge was well equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We didn't get to use the hot tub, due to long, busy days. JJs restaurant was excellent, with a varied menu and great quality food and service.

Ahead of arrival we were sent details of our lodge and access codes. Unfortunately, the details sent applied to a lodge that was already occupied. Having found the emergency contact number, we were provided with the correct details. It would have been nice to have been able to check in later, as we had a very long drive and would have liked to have more time to take breaks.

"Nice hot tub and could of done with better facilities. Had no contact with staff. Nice area near city centre."

Good size lodge, hot tub, utility and bath . Central heating.

Nothing major just missing shelves to fridge door and only one toilet roll
