The Spinney - Spectacular views over the bay and close to beach with parking

Location and view amazing. Beds really comfy , kitchen & bathrooms upstairs were fantastic, it was great having 2 ovens , lots of areas to sit inside and out, lots of parking. Overall a lovely house

Garden not secure enough for our for dogs (could get through hedges onto the front road- no fence). Downstairs bedroom too small - didn’t really work for my mum and Dad as no storage or bedside tables, sofa bed not made up on arrival despite asking for this to be done, some of the curtains had dead moths and spiders on them at the top which had clearly been there quite a while! No hairdryer in first bedroom upstairs , just a hairdryer labelled bag with a diffuser and nozzle in

The views were amazing and the kitchen diner was great for a party of eight.

Although advertised as being able to accommodate 10, depending on the make up of your party this may not be the case. We had two teenage boys and a father and daughter but with only three double bedrooms and a twin made up this was not enough. We had to make up the bed settee for the older boys right next to their parents. This meant my adult son had to take one of the single beds which were not quite big enough.

The house is as described lovely views across the bay easy to find and to access the local area

Loved the house but the dead plants in the house made it look as it had not been cleaned before our arrival think it would be better to remove them We had no heating or hot water on arrival but I must say we contact the agent. Who in turn contacted the owner who was very helpful and with in a couple of hours it was all sorted We would return and are looking for dates next year

Great location, lovely view. Well equipped, decorated…perfect 😊
