Lovely property in a good location for driving to local beaches etc. Good pool, hot tub and facilities. The welcome basket was a lovely touch.

9am checkout was too early, 5pm check in was too late.

Fantastic venue with lots of facilities and amenities. It is a great place for a family gathering with plenty of hideaways, allowing plenty of space to read a book on peace and quiet. Family aged ranged from 5 months to 78 years of age. A special thanks to Catherin, absolutely fantastic Service Delivery Specialist, well done.

Late check in and early check out effectively losing quite a bit of time. It's fully understandable why the allowance of 8 hrs for cleaning is given, but perhaps this could be reviewed, with a 1200 check out and 1600 check-in. This would not stop a return visit.
