Location was good with nice views. Clean, cozy and comfortable.

Hazel's house is a beautiful home from home. Natasha is a brilliant host and provided everything you could need to make it a comfortable stay. The house is lovely and spotless. I will definitely book here again.

I didn't realize the property was on such a busy street, but once inside it was a very quiet night and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to park our car on a near-by side street very safely. Walking distance down (and back up!) a very steep street, but we found some great take-out restaurants nearby and a lovely pub that we spent time in - The Boltmaker's Arms.

We were unable to work out how to use the oven and the living room heater. Directions would have been welcome or at least a notice that they weren't functioning.

Facilities were comprehensive, good and clean. The location was great for our needs, and the views very nice.

The heating was not switched on, though it didn't take long to sort it out. There was no lock on the bathroom door. More things on the walls and curtains on the windows would make the place cosier.

The property was clean and tidy, all amenities covered, easy to find. Plenty of supplies left for use very happy with the whole experience
