Well equipped. Welcome basket with fruit, breakfast items, tea, coffee etc. Milk and juice in fridge. Clean and welcoming. Lovely big bathroom. Fan provided.

It was very hot weather when we stayed so we moved our children down into our room with the fan to keep everyone cool. This was obviously nothing to do with the property!
