Large garden. Lounge and bedrooms well presented. Nice summer house. Easy access to countryside walks.

Exterior, kitchen , hallway and bathroom all in need of renovation, especially the kitchen which is very dated and tired. Property is up for sale, so unlikely to be refurbished.

Instructions were clear. Everything works. It's clean.

In winter, if it has not been occupied for several days, it takes quite a while to heat up. Putting the heating on some hours before guests arrive would have been much appreciated.
