Winkston is the perfect location when visiting Peebles and the surrounding area. The accommodation is spotless and only a 5 minute drive into Peebles which is a great place to visit. Ideal location for walkers and cyclists.

It was very cleam had all the amenities needed it was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The owner left a tray of six eggs for us that was very thoughtful and we appreciated it very much. We will book again soon was a great stay, very friendly owners who welcomed us and came to say bye.

There was'nt anything we did'nt like it was a great stay.

"Perfect for what we needed."

Location was good for what we needed, beds were comfortable, heating worked well (cold spell outside), parking right outside and comfortable lounge area upstairs. Good shower too.

Lack of power points near beds for plugging in devices. Small issue with tap in bathroom (hard to turn off the cold water). Downstairs space a bit tight with two beds.
