"A very nice place to stay for a few days and very convenient for what we wanted to do."

Comfortable, convenient location, friendly hosts, quiet environment and beautiful scenery. Close to the delightful town of Peebles.

Nowhere to hang clothes but difficult to see where a wardrobe could be placed. But it wasn't a problem for us.

Very peaceful. Lovely lady Jan met us and checked if we needed anything during our stay. Parking right next to accommodation. Well decorated and fresh immaculate airy cottage. 5 minute drive to Peebles. The cottage had everything needed to cook a meal. Fridge, washing machine with outside drying area and pegs, coffee machine, cooker, dishwasher. Comfy beds. TV and Wi-Fi. Have been twice before and will return again.

This place certainly has the Wow factor. The cottage is wonder. The location is amazing and Jan and family were all very friendly and always had time for a chat and to check to see if we are enjoying our stay. No mater how long this wonderful family have been running this place. Their enthusiasm is like they've only just started. We will definitely holiday there again and recommend it to everyone. Well done to you all 👍

"Thoroughly recommended"

We found this as a last minute booking to go to a family funeral. Perfect for what we needed. Peak holiday period so full price paid. Everything was ideal and I managed to make friends with the farmyard cat.
