Only observation a hook on the wooden fence to hang your dry towel on would be handy..

Lovely location and the pods and hot tube were set up in a nice way. Hot tub was not overlooked which was good and pods were cosy.

Our hot tub was faulty. The jets were intermittent and then would go off, we contacted someone and spent an hour discussing and was then told we were wrong. Someone came in the morning and said there was an issue. We got a small refund but it ruined the relaxing evening we wanted. Pods are nice but very tired. Glassware is plastic which if fine but it’s so scratched it’s cloudy. Water marks on the door, grease marks on the welcome folder , mould on the curtains and everything needs at bit of an upgrade.

No instructions on how to use the hot tub. Not clean enough. No staff to meet you at arrival. No staff to talk to about previous issues that were offered but they didn't follow through with that ultimately cost me double the amount to stay. Don't know why they'd need driving licence details as that wasn't mentioned during the booking stage.
