Stable Cottage, Oxfordshire

Good parking and location. Keys very easy to pick up and hosts were very informative.

The cottage was beautifully converted and well equipped with everything we could need, even wood for the wood burner. There was ample parking. We were able to bring our cat with us, not all places allow pets so we were delighted.

No cafetière!

Cute and characterful cottage. Good distance from Oxford. Easy booking and check-in process. The cottage is well equipped and had everything we needed for a weekend away.

It can be noisy!! . If (like us) you are unfortunate in staying on a night when an event is in progress at the hall, don't expect to get an early night. The sound carries remarkably well and the entire cottage murmurs with the low frequency tones of the nearby disco. This noise didn't calm until some time after midnight. From midnight onwards there was also some traffic noise due to cars and taxis waiting outside and transporting people home.

Lovely location and comfortable facilities

Loved it. The facilities were amazing with the pool nearby that the kids loved. The house was comfortable and luxurious.

Maybe robes would be a nice touch, even with options to pay extra. Our towels were wet from the pool so had to share for showers.
