The apartment is absolutely amazing. So much room, every inch of which is immaculately clean. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of storage in the bedroom for clothes etc . There were toiletries provided in the bathroom and also some supplies in the kitchen. Milk ready in the fridge, tea bags and coffee also provided. Plus cereals in the cupboard too. Secure parking on the drive, which was great as we didn't want to drive into York each day. Parking charges in York are expensive so we used the bus service as the bus stop is only a 10 minute walk away. Jo and Andy are wonderful hosts, who give you complete privacy but are always happy to help if required. Their dogs are adorable too. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and will definitely stay here again.

Apartment was perfect size for a couple and the best stocked one I've ever stayed in. Whole place was clean and warm. Location is great as it's quiet with easy access to frequent bus services. In-depth guest information folder with everything you could possibly need, I used to live in York so I'm familiar with the area but if you've never been the owners have all the information! Would love to stay in summer next time and make the most of the garden room :)

Getting into the driveway is a little difficult as it's narrow, fine for smaller cars. Would have liked flatter pillows but just a personal preference!

Amazing property, very clean and spacious. All toiletries, towels, etc. included. The owners left chocolate treats, coffee, and biscuits. We will definitely return and recommend this property to family and friends.

Excellent location enabling us to walk into York,or we were able to catch the bus at the end of the road. Well equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you needed. Fertility was excellent
