Spring Cottage

Absolutely amazing stay. Secluded, good scenery and multiple bathrooms, what more could you want? If you fancy a relaxing atmosphere where you can become one with nature and take in the natural scenes of Kendal, book this place!

Although overall it was a great place to stay, be warned of the alarm clock sheep who woke me up at 6AM every day with the call of its people. Id maybe recommend taking either ear plugs or a big clump of grass to appease the sheep in the neighbouring fields

First time being in a rental property over Christmas, but Spring cottage didn’t disappoint. A cosy and homely cottage, and a lovely Christmas tree and decorations. Very clean and well-equipped for our needs. I was apprehensive about how easy it would be to cook a full Christmas dinner in an unfamiliar kitchen, but Spring cottage had everything we needed in terms of kitchen equipment and all was fine. Small problem with the boiler, but Clive was there within minutes and sorted it out. Great to have on-site parking too. Angela was very prompt at replying to any questions we had.

Not enough loo rolls or dishwasher tablets. We had to purchase more. Shortage of soap.
