"Perfect relaxing break"

Really gorgeous hut set in beautiful grounds. Lovely breakfast of fresh berries, homemade bread, muesli and plenty of teas and coffee. Really comfortable bed and greet facilities. Very relaxing sitting around fire pit in the evening listening to the birds and admiring the beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Love it so much here returned again ❤️

The hosts Elaine and Bruce were absolutely brilliant, what a joy to stay with them in their shepherds hut. We thoroughly enjoyed oursleves. Everything was clean, tidy ,easy to manage, well stocked with everything we needed, plus even breakfast things were provided. We sat outside by the fire in the evening and we were even offered some vegetables from their beautiful garden. Would 100% recommend

Quiet and tranquil,everything you need for a wonderful getaway, from a comfortable bed to a log fire of an evening enjoying the peace and tranquility. The hosts are lovely who have thought of everything even fresh baked bread for breakfast.

"Exceptional"

The Shepherds Hut was clean and well equipped for a couple. Elaine and Bruce were very helpful and it was like meeting old friends. Breakfast supplies were good and Elaine provided fresh cooked bread for the 3 days we stayed. Location was also ideal for our purpose.

"Perfect romantic spot for a couple of nights hideaway."

Super quiet location. The shepherds hut is finished to an immaculate standard and there is a huge attention to detail which makes a huge difference. We have had a few mini breaks in shepherds hut and this is by far the most superb place we have stayed. The hosts were really lovely and we really appreciated the fresh bread and continental breakfast provided. We left feeling rested and relaxed which is the most important thing!
