Elaine and Bruce have evidently thought of everything you could possibly need. The hut is well maintained, clean and cosy. The shower is lovely and warm and the bed very comfortable. The fire pit and BBQ are great and the very well designed garden gives you a calm, tranquil little oasis. The best thing, however, is the approach Elaine and Bruce have towards guests. We were made to feel incredibly welcome - it was a real joy to chat about Bruce's vegetable garden and they were very generous to give us a couple courgettes, broccolo and beans to go on the BBQ. A truly lovely stay in a very nice part of the world!

"Beautiful clean get away perfect escape busy city life"

Location was great, remote and quiet. Home cooked bread was waiting for us when we arrived what a great touch. Everything was well described how to use. Host was brilliant so helpful and friendly! Will definitely be back, highly recommend!

Hosts were exceptional, couldn't do enough for us. Great location set in a lovely garden. Well equipped and comfortable.

The hosts are super kind and friendly, Elaine met and showed us everything about the chalet upon our arrival. The chalet is tuck away in the backyard of the cottage, it may seem small but it is well-organised and comfy, also very connected to the big wide world outside (either physically or digitally as there is also a fast speed wifi in the hut ;D) so you won't feel being crammed in a little house. The bed is very comfortable, I missed the morning of waking up in the rainy day listening to the raindrop and the flow of the fresh air. Recommended for people who want to getaway from the busy city life.

Not really a lowlight, just in general the more spacious the space the better, but I guess the size and the compact design is part of the charm of the chalet :D

everything , the hosts were brilliant, friendly , couldn’t of done anymore .. we was offered fresh bread every morning and just very helpful ☺️
