"Wonderful"

Wonderful location within walking distance of beautiful beaches, small bays and harbour. Accommodation was perfect. Large lounge and dining room with windows overlooking Banff bay. Saw dolphins in the bay one evening. Kitchen very well kitted out with everything you needed if you wanted to cook. Utility room had 2nd fridge with freezer.

House has no outside space but with so much locally we did not really miss it. Hot tub was great but felt like we were in a wooden cupboard with no roof.

"The best family holiday we’ve ever had in Scotland"

very modern, very spacious, absolutely fantastic sea views, which meant we could see the bottle nose dolphins come into the bay when the sea was calm, very close to the beach.

There were lots of crockery etc it was very well equipped but there were lots of crockery that had been chipped previous to our visit and not removed or replaced
