The location is absolutely excellent! Accessible to train station, harbour and high street. The property has everything you would need. The kitchen is light and bright .

Parking was tricky on the street

The location, close to everything. The dining extension giving onto the patio with outdoor dining table and chairs, the lovely big, bright attic bedroom.

Difficulty parking and cost of parking in car parks - over £17 on Sunday afternoon for about 4 hours. No electric socket near the small, high mirror in the so-called master bedroom meaning the hairdryer was useless there. Because there were only the two of us the upstairs bedroom with a full length mirror and plenty of sockets was available to use

The house, location and facilities were excellent

Minor points: better pillows and the bunk bed doesn't seem to be a standard size

Nice kitchen, close to the beach.

The top bedroom doesn't have a door so you can hear everything and have limited privacy. The stairs are super noisy and the house isn't well sound proofed so you can hear anyone in the bathroom etc. light to the bathroom is confusing.

The location was excellent and the architect-designed extension to the back of the property, with skylights and folding doors, is a beautiful light and airy space. The garden is private and lovely to sit out in.

Some kitchen items are tired (chipped crockery, well used place mats, mismatched wine glasses, broken blunt knives) - seems a shame when the rest of the place is so amazing!
