There was a smell of damp or dog in the hallway and living room. Being able to park in the street is far from guaranteed

Two rooms for money - good price

Very rough area, very run down. Needs a lot of TLC. Had no reply about parking, and couldn’t get hold of owner when struggling to get in. No call back. Lots of cobwebs. Mould in bathroom. Not enough furniture. Disgusting smell in Living room. If staying longer than one night. Would’ve left.

Very convenient, clean and tidy

Front door kept sticking

A very clean and well equipped small terraced house with a small garden. The kitchen and bathroom are in very good condition. First impression of the area was not so nice, but it was peaceful and the neighbours are very nice. Parking is free outside the door from 17-9. During the day it costs £1/h max 3h. The host offered a discounted residents ticket but I had taken care of it too late. So we found a parking space for £6/d in 5 min walk. We had a problem locking the front door but had overlooked the host's message about the key safe. Here the host was easy to reach via the app and had helped quickly. It takes 10 minutes to get to the city centre by bus and 20-30 minutes on foot. We liked the Bakehouse and spicer+cole for breakfast.
