Close to amenities and very handy if going to a concert at Wembley as a 10 minute walk to kingsbury underground them 1 stop on tube. Off road parking and house a good soze

No dropped kerb so be careful when parking on front. Number on house not very clear missed it originally. So had to drive past again. Minimal utensils in kitchen, not a major problem as ate out. Light in downstairs toilet not working.

location was good good variety of shops and places to eat and drink close to tube room for two cars

very tiered need a lot of work doing to it over grown hedges and back garden bags of rubbish by bins 2 bedroom doors broken and screwed together

The location was really good being just a 10 min walk to the nearest tube station.

The house was in need of a lot of TLC. We were asked to not wear shoes upstairs which we did but as the stair carpet was very dirty others obviously hadn't. There were only 4 dining room chairs and all were broken. When the shower was in use the kitchen tap also ran and vibrated causing a loud noise. Instructions for using the cooker would have been helpful and there was not enough cutlery. Upstairs the bathroom was good although the bath side was held on with a screwdriver. The single bed base was broken and all mattresses were not good and definitely need replacing. The sheets on the bed in the front bedroom also had dirty marks on them and the wardrobe was broken. 2 of the bedroom doors were also broken (cracked) and there was no lock on the bathroom door just a hole. The handle on the window in the upstairs toilet was broken off and so we were not able to close the window. The curtains in the back bedroom did not fit the windows and the curtains in the front bedroom were not put up properly. The ends of the pole were missing and some rings were just left on the windowsill. The location was excellent.

Booked the place for our three engineers. It was nice and clean, suited all their needs.

The location was fine, why else stay somewhere?

Disgusting cleaning standards, dirty towels hanging on the main bedroom door covering two pairs of worn knickers, broken glass on the kitchen draining board, mouldy bathroom, broken window fittings, broken fixtures and fittings clearly not refurbished in a long time. Beds and bedding old and stained etc etc.
