Location is fantastic, very quiet.

Beds are very lumpy, the accommodation was clean, but some area's need a bit of attention. Paint work definitely needs touching up. Skirting boards were in need of a bit of a clean. Wallpaper was peeling in places. Bathroom floor was a bit grubby and the bath had hair in it. The conservatory also needs attention, botton of the door on the left. The bedrooms were a completely different story, absolutely spotless. It felt like it'd been cleaned to the minimum.

Great location and facilities.

Could do with a new mattress in the master bedroom. Valance was on bed was dirty. Pillows could do with a wash or replacing. Small issues, we love the place.

A very cute and cozy little house with a great style and layout. It is in a quiet location near the beach. The double beds were very comfortable, with good quality pillows and duvet covers.

The apartment is very neglected and dirty throughout. There is dust and crumbs everywhere; kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned and still contained food from previous guests. The baseboards, doors, Tv.... are covered in thick dust, and the single bed frame is filthy. Sad i only can upload 4 pictures. The windows are so dirty that you cannot enjoy the view outside. In the main bedroom, the bottom sheet was stained and appeared unwashed for the long time. Additionally, the pots and pans are rusted and need to be replaced, as they are impossible to cook with. We were also very surprised to find no hand soap in the bathroom; this is the first place we have stayed where toilet paper is provided but soap is not. The conservatory is full of cobwebs and spiders, and the outdoor furniture is in terrible condition. This was the most untidy accommodation we have ever stayed in. The owners should definitely hire a new cleaner; it seems they only change the sheets and vacuum the floors, while the rest of the property is ignored. The property it self is very nice, it simply needs some deep clean and attention.

We LOVE this holiday home and have stayed here several times now. We keep coming back! The location is perfect, and its cosy, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. We will be back.

Nothing!

We have stayed here several times now and its a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and warm and welcoming and in an excellent location. Walking distance to The Penrhyn for a few cheeky pints and a decent meal and also to the local shop and to the beach. Location is quiet and the neighbours friendly.

One or two things require a little attention now. Nothing major and I am sure they will be addressed now end of season is almost here. There was a lack of mugs and the general mugs and plates situation needs replenishing. The property could also benefit from a new kettle and toaster. Only two sides from a 4 slot toaster were working. Like I say, nothing major and nothing that ruined our stay at all.
