The Sanctuary Holiday Home - Escape the Ordinary

Great accommodation in a stunning location on a very well kept site, with lots of lovely personal touches from the owner. The accommodation was warm and cosy, with plenty of space for the four of us and our little dog, the bedding was very comfortable. Abbie was great prior and during our stay when we needed to speak with her. Looking forward to a return visit and would highly recommend this property.

The lounge area was great, the kitchen good and shower good but doors leaked a bit.

Bedroom. I was very tight

Fantastic place, the owners really have thought of all the home comforts to make your stay enjoyable.

Everything little thing had been thought of. We had a toddler and a dog and everything we needed was there.

The caravan was spotless and so homely,the little decorative touches made it nice,the milk and Prosecco are a lovely gesture

There was nothing we didn’t like,would certainly come again! (My son said the door creaked so he couldn’t sneak at midnight to get snacks lol😃

One of the most beautiful and clean places we have stayed. All the little touches in the caravan made it feel luxurious. Everything was thought of, tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dog bowls etc etc. Board games for the kids. Site was quiet, caravan is well situated. Little shop close by serves hot butties and sells essentials. Nice walk into knaresborough, scenic route takes around 35 minutes to get up to the castle. Retail park across the road from the site. Large grassed area on site to take the dog, and there is access to a woodland walk- we only did a short walk of this due to bad weather.

The weather was poor however the games in the caravan meant we could still keep occupied whilst the rain cleared up ☺️

Attention to detail within the holiday home lots of extras such as bottle of prosecco in fridge, dog well catered for, games for children to play, condiments provided, amazing tv package.
