Beautiful setting, comfortable and cosy.

The only thing that we would have liked was more shower pressure, however to be fair we were in a very secluded setting and perhaps this isn’t possible. It would not stop us visiting again though as such a quiet and tranquil setting.

Fantastic secluded hideaway, loved the cosy decor. Log burner was so atmospheric and cosy. Little welcome features and small jug of milk so helpful! Will definitely be recommending to others and hope to return sometime ourselves. Beautiful setting close to nearby Battle.

The quiet and open space looking across the field

Exceptionally clean and tidy. Very tranquil. Beautiful views. Horses, Shetland ponies were beautiful, Chalky the donkey was a delight to hear . Superb location

Had a lovely nights stay with my partner. Super peaceful, lovely little gem near Hastings. Best part was that we had a chance to interact with the animals. The lady even offered for us to go in with them for a cuddle if we wanted. Chalky the donkey was super affectionate. In general the animals were lovely and calm and just watching them was really a great experience.Honestly felt like a beautiful way to recharge and switch off. We called in a takeaway instead of cooking, but there is a microwave, kettle ,toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery there. There was a jug of milk and ice waiting for us in the fridge. Even a couple of ice lollys which was lovely as it was a hot day. We had no issues with locating the place. However you should read the instructions. Just to note to access you could accidentally go the smaller road which is very tight and busy if you're not used to country roads. Would recommend more for two days stays as the check out time is a little early so to get best of the nature there a few days would be better. Plenty of blankets and cushions and the beside lights were perfect for reading in the evening. We had no problem with the lights someone mentioned. Also the place was super clean , did not find one bug inside which is unusual when staying in these type of wooden glamping houses. Would recommend bringing own shampoo etc, there was hand wash and conditioner, but best to bring own. Wifi was not perfect inside worked better on the porch or on the grass. However it was not a problem for us and we preferred it as it made us put our phones down properly and enjoy it. We did not mention the wifi to the host as was not an issue for us. Maybe it's something that could have been fixed if you needed it ! Thank you so much we really enjoyed it and will recommend! :)

Location, close to Carr Taylor vineyard Quiet, lovely to stay somewhere so peaceful Pint of milk provided which was a nice touch

Only one chair and one sun lounger, would have preferred two chairs on the terrace Bed was a little soft for my taste but probably fine for most people
