Such a cute quiet stay, surrounded by nature. Lovely and cosy with the electric heater and wood burner.

Nothing really. Would recommend some hot water bottles in the cupboard. Or bring your slippers as your feet get chilly in the morning

"Perfect for a quiet get away to relax."

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a perfect location to relax and enjoy the views and it’s also only 15 minutes away from Hastings town centre. Opening the front door to be surrounded by animals was amazing.

"The perfect place for a peaceful getaway"

A secluded location perfect for a night away for a birthday. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings with the added bonus of a few animals…hearing the donkey first thing in the morning was amazing and did make us laugh.

A bit awkward with no proper lighting outside in the patio area once it started to get dark

Self catering with all you need. Secluded is a correct description - in the middle of farmland so very quiet with views of fields and trees, donkeys, horses and a pig! But all locations are close by.

Wi-fi and phone signal (EE) poor but we ARE away from the hustle and bustle! A suggestion: a slip mat for the tub (entry and exit could present a challenge as it is a cute half a wine barrel - no problem for we 75 year olds!) and drip mats to prevent water rings on the polished table. A previous critic mentioned the state of the approaching lane but no problem for our Ford Fiesta in spite of all of normal September rain falling before and during our stay.
