Swyn y Mor beach close Pet friendly hot tub

A real home from-home! Loved the hot tub. The beds are so comfy.

A couple of technical issues, but host extremely helpful and communicative.

Everything! Lovely and cosy, Beds were so comfy. Kids loved the hot tub. Great location close walk to the beach/town.

A fabulous house in a fantastic location 2 minutes walk to the beach. Great communication with Sam the host. Had all the facilities we could need. Hot tub was amazing.

There was nothing not to like!

Everything was in the cottage that you could wish for,didn't use the hot tub though as the weather was freezing haha

Return visit and it did not disappoint. Perfect home for a great getaway. The hot tub is a bonus and easily fitted the 4 of us. Facilities were great and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Dog friendly with a secure garden. Outside parking was suitable for our 4x4. So close to the beach. Sam responds quickly to any queries. Will definitely be returning again.

We wish we could give Swyn y Mor 100 out of 10! Sam the host was fantastic, provided excellent arrival instructions and was incredibly responsive when messaged. My other half decided to lose the key on our stroll around Barmouth 🤦🏻‍♀️ as soon as we contacted Sam not only did she respond immediately but we had a replacement key within the hour. Absolutely fantastic. The decor of the house is lovely, incredibly clean, and was so warm and welcoming when we arrived. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy and provided one of the best night sleeps we've had in a while. The enclosed garden was perfect for our 14 month old terrier, we felt like we could happily let him roam around without having to worry about him 😊 Location wise we couldn't have asked for a better place! The beach is a 2 minute walk away, 5 minutes down the road is the local co op and the main high street, absolutely perfect. It was also such a lovely surprise to be greeted by a welcome hamper on arrival, a fantastic touch from Sam that makes you feel so welcome. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect weekend away, we can't thank Sam enough 😊 looking forward to booking our next trip in the new year 😊

The house is very warm and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. Hot tub lovely. Bed comfortable. Communication with host very good. Very short walk, past the pub, to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.
