Beautiful clean and cosy cottage in a great location. Mandy the host was exceptional in her communication and customer service. Really made our stay special. Even left us some beer in the fridge which was really welcome after a days walking

Lovely area, charming, close to everything. All the views are lovely, especially the upstairs bedrooms. Remarkable views just outside the door. The small garden when the sun if overhead is terrific (about 11 to 2 during our visit). also, interactions with our host Mandi went well, amiable, and any questions concerns were immediately answered.

The ground floor of the cottage would greatly benefit if there were a way of providing a table, possibly fold up, to sit at so as to eat, play games, write letters. That is the only feature missing in the house. The upstairs areas are lovely as is the bathroom. And the galley kitchen works.

It was such a beautiful quaint cottage within walking distance of some great pubs and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful quaint cottage, full of character right in the centre of the village. The cottage was really well equipped, everything we could Ned was provided. Our host Mandy was great, she was always on hand if you had any queries and responded really quickly if we messaged her. We really appreciated all the little extras she left for us too. There was bread, butter, milk coffee tea and even a nice chilled bottle of fizz. 🍾🥂 The lounge was a little chilly on our first night as we couldn’t get the wood burner to stay lit and couldn’t find any instructions. A quick message to Mandy and we soon had the burner sorted and the living room was really warm and cosy for the remainder of our stay. Thank you Mandy.

Low beams in the attic bedroom so wouldn’t be suitable for anyone tall but we found it just added to the lovely character of the cottage

So pretty, beautiful inside and out. Very well equipped kitchen for its compact size, comfy snug sitting room with wood burner, fantastic location opposite beautiful church

Got lost arriving in the dark; parking close is not possible, but would have been ok if we’d arrived in daylight

Everything from start to finish. Excellent communication from host. Very helpful 👌

Enjoyed it all

Great location, lovely view over the church yard from all windows. Short walk to Ruskins View n shops, pubs, restaurants. Definately stay again.
